  Malia and Sasha Obama will have to wait until next year for that puppy their dad promised them.   Well, at least until they move into the White House. Their dad - the president-elect - promised them a puppy after winning the election.

  Almost as good as "man bites dog."   First Dog Barney went for a little payback on reporters who haven't been exactly kind to his first bud - President Bush.

  Might actually exist, but not in America.   Seems the country of Antigua wants to rename its highest peak - known as Boggy Peak - to Mount Obama.

I wrote this blog last night as I watched the election coverage and as reporters interviewed people at the polls I realized several of them had no idea what their candidate stood for...I felt it was important enough to share as there will be many more elections to come in our lifetimes :)
